The clash between Real Zaragoza and Sporting Gijón, within 22. round of Spanish La Liga 2, scheduled for January 3rd, has been postponed due to a flu epidemic in the guest’s squad.
Namely, the Asturian club requested the postponement of the match for having eleven first-team players out because of the flu. Real Zaragoza requested that independent doctors confirm the illness of Sporting Gijón players, but in spite of that, the Royal Spanish Football Federation decided to postpone the match.
