After a new failure on Tuesday, when Fenerbahçe SK suffered a defeat in the Turkish Cup first semi-final leg against Trabzonspor, the club decided to fire head coach Ersun Yanal. The Istanbul giant is now with the record of only one win in the past six games in all competitions, respectively fiva matches without a win in the Süper Lig, where they dropped to the 7th place on the standings, nine points from European competitions place.
It is not yet known who will succeed Ersun Yanal.
