Real Betis suffered two blows on Sunday. The first one was a loss against Getafe away (0:1) in the 21st round of Spanish La Liga, the second one is an injury of one of the irreplaceable midfielders. Mexican midfielder Andrés Guardado had to leave the field after only 34 minutes of the game. The first examinations made by the doctors talk about a possible muscle break.
Guardado had participated in 19 of the 23 Real Betis official matches this season, 17 in the La Liga and 2 in Copa Del Rey, without scoring. He is Betis regular midfielder for the third consecutive season, but also a regular member of Mexican national team, with 158 appearances and 28 goals scored.
