As Jürgen Klopp confirmed on today’s press conference, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will miss at least last two Premier League leaders’ games on the end of this year. The England national team midfielder sustained an ankle ligament injury during Club World Cup final against Flamengo, in which Reds won the first world title. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain missed almost whole last season with a knee injury, and in the current season he has 12 appearances, with one goal scored.
Jürgen Klopp also confirmed that injured trio Lovren, Matip and Fabinho will miss Premier League clashes against Leicester City and Wolverhampton on 26th and 29th December.
