During the last working week, seven more clubs across Europe made the change of head coach.
In Italy, Ascoli Calcio dropped to the 13th place in the Serie B league table after achieved only one win and four losses in the past five rounds. That was the reason for the club to sack Paolo Zanetti and appoint Guillermo Abascal as an interim solution on the bench.
Also in Italy, but in third-tier Serie C, during last week there were managerial changes in three clubs: US Alessandria Calcio 1912, Cesena FC and US Catanzaro.
In the Netherlands, in the second-tier Eerste Divisie, Excelsior Rotterdam is without a win in the last five games in all competitions. That’s why the club’s management decided to fire head coach Ricardo Moniz and establish in his place Marinus Dijkhuizen, who worked as an assistant at FC Utrecht.
For the end, in Turkey, in second-tier 1. Lig, Adanaspor and Akhisarspor announced changes of their head coaches.
