Struggling Italian Serie B side, Empoli FC, announced on Sunday dismissal of head coach Roberto Muzzi (48). Friday’s draw against Chievo was fatal for Muzzi, who had only been hired in November to replace Cristian Bucchi. After 16 games in all competitions with a single win, Empoli FC had to sack head coach for the second time this term.
Under the Roberto Muzzi, Empoli have achieved one win, five draws and four losses. Also on Sunday, the club confirmed the arrival of a new head coach, Pasquale Marino (57), who signed the contract with Empoli FC until June 2020.
