Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Christoph Kramer was hit in the head by the opponent player knee during the game against RB Leipzig (2:2), which he left after 30 minutes. Kempf underwent surgery on Monday. The central defender has had 15 appearances this season in 20 Bundesliga 2 rounds, scoring two goals.
Bundesliga 2 – Arminia Bielefeld
Bad news for Arminia Bielefeld, as their striker Andreas Voglsammer suffered a metatarsal fracture during the game against Erzgebirge Aue. Voglsammer will undergo surgery in the coming days and it is expected he will be out for at least two months. He is Arminia’s second top scorer this term, with 10 goals scored in 20 Bundesliga 2 matches.
