Tottenham Hotspur FC announced on Monday that their winger Steven Bergwijn sustained a significant sprain to his left ankle during Premier League clash against Burnley on Saturday. The Spurs attacker is unlikely to play again this season. Bergwijn has made five top-flight appearances this year, scoring two goals.
Tottenham is already without a service of their two star forwards, Harry Kane and Son Heung-min.
