Botafogo (Brazil Campeonato Carioca)
Shortly after Sunday loss against Fluminense (0:3) on the road, which left the club without Campeonato Carioca knockout phase, Botafogo decided to sack head coach Alberto Valentim. Brazilian giant is yet to announce his successor.
SPAL (Italy Serie A)
Italian Serie A struggling side SPAL released head coach Leonardo Semplici following fifth loss in the past six league matches. Semplici led SPAL from Serie C to promotion to Serie A in 2017, and his successor on the bench will be Luigi Di Biagio, who signed the contract on Monday. SPAL are at the bottom of the Serie A table, with 16 losses in 23 rounds.
FC Dordrecht (Netherlands Eerste Divisie)
After a new loss in Netherlands Eerste Divisie, which is the fifth in the last eight rounds, FC Dordrecht decided to sack head coach Claudio Braga. The caretaker manager will be Harry van den Ham. Dordrecht is on the penultimate place in the league table.
NK Varaždin (Croatia 1. HNL)
After both losses at the beginning of the second part of the Croatia 1. HNL season, NK Varaždin fired head coach Luka Bonačić, and on his place appointed Samir Toplak. Varaždin is on the last place of league standings, five points from the safe zone.
Grasshopper Club Zurich (Switzerland Challenge League)
Goran Djuricin succeeds Uli Forte on the Grasshopper Club Zurich. Swiss club is without a win in three games in the second part of the season, and on Saturday club announced parting ways with Italian coach. Grasshopper have top-flight ambitions, but now is 12 points away from the Switzerland Challenge League leader, Lausanne Sport.
Konyaspor (Turkey Süper Lig)
After three matches without a win, but also without scoring, which resulted in a Konyaspor fall to the 14th place on the Turkey Süper Lig standings, the club decided on Monday to sack head coach Aykut Kocaman. Konyaspor is only three points above the relegation zone, and are yet to announce the name of Kocaman’s successor.
