After 12 games without a win, Roda JC Kerkrade on Wednesday decided to sack head coach Jean-Paul de Jong, and appoint assistant coach Maurice Verberne on his place. Roda is on the 17th place in the Netherlands Eerste Divisie table.
FC Carl Zeiss Jena (Germany 3. Liga)
After two games in the second part of Germany 3. Liga season without a win, last-placed FC Carl Zeiss Jena on Thursday relieved of duty head coach Rico Schmitt. Interim coach will be René Klingbeil, who will stay at this position for a maximum of three games. Carl Zeiss Jena is even 12 points from the safe zone.
UD Vilafranquense (Portugal Segunda Liga)
After eight Segunda Liga matches without a win, UD Vilafranquense on Wednesday parted ways with their head coach Filipe Moreira. A new boss became Armando Evangelista. Vilafranquense is currently 16th in the Segunda Liga with 18 points in 19 matches, 6 points above the relegation zone.
Balikesirspor (Turkey 1. Lig)
Turkish second-tier club Balikesirspor head coach Ramazan Kursunlu resigned after a four games winless run, and the new manager until the end of the current season became Yusuf Simsek. Balikesirspor hold the 12th place in the league table.
Jagiellonia Bialystok (Poland Ekstraklasa)
Jagiellonia Bialystok is the only Polish club which made a change on the bench during the winter break. Instead of Rafal Grzyb, the team will be led by Bulgarian coach Ivaylo Petev. Jagiellonia finished the first part of the season on the 9th place of Poland Ekstraklasa standings, only point from the play-offs zone.
