Content that is only available with a subscription (hereinafter “The Best Info” content) is the best and most useful part of our content. “The Best Info” is a paid part of the site where you can find the most useful team news, from each league, of our choice. Only in “The Best Info” part of the site, you can find information about the matches with a significant difference in the number of absent players of two teams in a single game.

Also, only our subscribers can access all information about injuries and suspensions from all leagues and competitions we cover (and we cover almost 100 leagues and competitions, you can see the list here https://injuriesandsuspensions.com/about-us). That means team news for some matches from each league is only available by subscription.

We currently offer the following subscription options:

• 7-day subscription – 10 €
• 30-day subscription – 30 €
• 90-day subscription – 75 €

Card payments include bonus days: 8 days for the 7-day plan, 33 days for the 30-day plan and 99 days for the 90-day plan. The subscription does not renew automatically.

Payment for products on our site can be made in one of the following ways: with payment cards – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or DinaCard that support payment via the Internet, as well as through the Skrill and PayPal money transfer services. Card payments were made in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade and are performed in a secure and certified way through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.

After you enter your card details and confirm payment, AllSecure submits a debit transaction to your bank. Your bank may ask you to complete 3D Secure authentication. Once we receive verified confirmation of a successful payment, the subscription days shown in your order are added to your account.

The payment result and an email confirmation show whether the payment succeeded, failed or was cancelled. If the result is still pending, check the status of that order before starting another payment. Failed or cancelled payments do not add subscription days. Order records are retained for payment history and support; they are not automatically deleted after 14 days.

All payments will be effected in the local currency of the company that owns this site, which is the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our web site.

If you made a payment via payment cards, your account will be automatically updated when we receive confirmation from your bank and you will be able to access the “Hot Info” content for as many days as you chose when making the payment. To access the “Hot Info” content, all you have to do is log in.

If you made a payment via money transfer service (PayPal or Skrill) or used a bank transfer, your account will be updated when we receive confirmation from the money transfer service or bank and you will be able to access the “Hot Info” content for as many days you selected when making the payment. Your account will be updated as soon as possible, and no later than 12 hours after payment. When we update your account, we’ll send you a notification to your registered e-mail address. To access “The Best Info” content, all you have to do is log in.

We reserve the right to refuse your payment or to cancel your subscription, without obligation to give you money back. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:

• violation of our Terms and conditions,
• illegal activities,
• sharing account information, logging from multiple locations, or configuring an Internet bot to automatically login to a website,
• inappropriate behavior directed to the site administrators,
• attempts to circumvent any of our procedures or systems.

We are proud that since 2013 we have had only a few complaints, ie refunds. The reason is simple. If you, for any reason, decide to cancel your subscription we will refund you the amount that corresponds to remaining days on your subscription. Just contact us by e-mail office@injuriesandsuspensions.com with a reason for cancellation and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

In case of refund to the subscriber who made the payment with one of the payment cards, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the site injuriesandsuspensions.com will refund to the card used for the original payment. The bank will, at our request, return the funds to that cardholder’s account.

Card number and CVC/CVV are entered into secure fields hosted by AllSecure. Cardholder name and expiry details are sent from your browser to AllSecure using Payment.js over an encrypted connection. Our application receives a payment token to submit the transaction; it does not store that token, your full card number, CVC/CVV, cardholder name or card expiry.

For your receipt and payment support, we store the card brand and last four digits when supplied by the processor. We also store the order amount, currency, payment status, transaction reference, transaction confirmation date/time and bank authorization code when supplied. These limited receipt details cannot be used to charge your card again.

All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, which guarantees customers the security of their purchase. Customer payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.

PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway is constantly complying with all the requirements of card organizations in order to increase the level of security of merchants and customers. From 2005 until today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which is the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a standard that defines the necessary security measures when processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder data during the entire payment process: from the moment of entering data at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of this data.
